个人简介

张琳,女,武汉大学信息管理学院信息管理科学系教授,博士生导师。现任武汉大学科教管理与评价中心主任、教育部首批教育评价改革研究基地负责人、国际科学计量学领域权威期刊Scientometrics主编(SCI/SSCI双检索Q1区)、教育部重大人才计划青年学者、湖北省楚天学者特聘教授。兼任比利时鲁汶大学、荷兰莱顿大学客座教授,Elsevier国际科学评价中心全球委员会顾问委员,国际科学计量学与信息计量学学会(ISSI)理事,中国科学学与科技政策研究会理事,中国科学技术情报学会国际合作工作委员会主任,中国科学学与科技政策研究会科学计量学专业委员会副主任委员,Quantitative Science Studies、Journal of Data and Information Science、《图书情报工作》、《科学学研究》等期刊编委。

主持国家自科基金项目5项,省部级以上项目18项。在国内外权威期刊和会议发表论文100余篇,其中SCI/SSCI期刊论文50余篇。出版专著1部,入选中国知网“21世纪图情领域高影响力图书Top100”。10余次受邀在北欧科学计量与科技政策大会、ASIS&T亚洲分会等国内外学术会议作大会主旨报告。2021年以来,主笔撰写的10余篇有关科技教育评价改革的资政报告被中央教育工作领导小组、中共中央办公厅、教育部和科技部采纳。曾获中国科学学与科技政策研究会“优秀青年学者”、省级青年骨干教师、校级讲课大赛一等奖等荣誉。2021年起,连续3年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单、爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”榜单;入选2024年度知网最具影响力学者(Top 1%)。

其他主要社会兼职与服务:2021年担任比利时鲁汶大学主办的科学计量学与信息计量学国际大会(ISSI)程序委员会主席;多次担任科学计量学与信息计量学国际学会会议(ISSI)、国际科学技术指标大会(STI)等国际会议的国际科学委员会委员;国际科学计量学与信息计量学学会年度最佳论文评委等。
