Recently, the excellent works of the 4th National Exhibition of Extracurricular Scientific and Technological Works of College Archives Majors were published. The worksRed Archives Digital Humanities Platformwon the Excellent Works. TheRed Archives Digital Humanities Platformwas finished byShanshan Chen(Team Leader),Yujia Xu,Yinuo Zhou,Song GeandHuidan Luo, and it was directed by ProfessorYujue Wangand ProfessorPing Wang.
The works aims to integrate red resources, inherit red genes and continue red blood. From the perspective of digital humanities, the works integrates new media with GIS technology, map visualization, knowledge map and other technologies, and has initially developed two sections, namely Red Memory and Red Map, around the narrative of archives and resource utilization.

In last December, after the Notice of the 4th National Exhibition of Extracurricular Scientific and Technological Works of College Archives Majors was published by the Teaching Steering Committee of Archives, Ministry of Education, teachers of the Department of Archives and Government Information Studies attached great importance to it, and they made extensive publicity to the students and organized them to participate in the contest. Archives students of 2019 and 2020 grades actively contacted with teachers, plan topics and conduct research. With the guidance of relevant teachers and the support of Hubei Provincial Archives and the Intelligent Computing of Cultural Heritage Laboratory, Wuhan University, the works stood out from 48 works by 27 universities and colleges, and became one of the 15 Excellent Works.
