Recently, according to the notice of the Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Professor Feicheng Ma’s key international (regional) cooperative research projectResearch on Knowledge Organization and Service Innovation in the Environment of Big Data(approval No.: 71420107026) of National Natural Science Foundation of China, which successfully passed the final evaluation, and the comprehensive evaluation was "Excellent".

Professor Feicheng Ma is Chief Scientist of the Center for Studies of Information Resources, Wuhan University and Senior Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences, Wuhan University. The projectResearch on Knowledge Organization and Service Innovation in the Environment of Big Datastudied the impact and challenge of big data environment on knowledge organization and service from multiple levels; the project studied the information architecture and data model in the big data environment, the information organization model of user needs, the organization and description method of user characteristics in the social platform, and the knowledge representation method for specific fields; the project also studied the theory and application of knowledge ordering, such as knowledge network, knowledge aggregation and knowledge fusion; made an in-depth study of user demand information organization, user behavior, user modeling, information exchange mode and search and Q&A service innovation in the big data environment.
