On September 18, Hubei semifinal live competition of Industrial Proposition Track of the 7th China International College Students' "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held at Hubei University of Technology. The project entitled with Guangxi on the Cloud -- Sustainable Development Mode of Digital Villages Driven by Cultural Intellectual Property proposed by our school, won the gold medal, which was one of the three gold medals won by Wuhan University.
The project is in charged by Zhe Cao, a 2019 undergraduate majored in Information Management and Information System of our school, and under the guidance of Professor Jiang Wu. The core members of the team are mainly composed of graduate and undergraduate students of all grades of our school. The project is strongly supported by the National Key R&D Project Integration and Application Demonstration of Rural Culture and Tourism Cloud Service Technology hosted by Professor Jiang Wu. This project provides a set of countermeasures for Digital Guangxi Group's proposition of rural revitalization and digital construction, aiming at solving two major pain points, namely, insufficient implementation of the concept of digital rural areas in Guangxi, and insufficient digital talents. It is driven by cultural intellectual property and led by Z-generation to help the digital rural construction in Guangxi, and forms a sustainable development mode of virtual and real collaboration based on the two core businesses of cultural tourism and e-commerce.
