According to the 2021 Annual Assessment Arrangement of Middle-level Leadership Team and Cadres by Wuhan University Party Committee, on the afternoon of January 11, 2022, the SIM held the 2021 Annual Assessment Meeting of School Leadership and Members.

People attended themeetingwere as followings:

Yifu Chen, Deputy Director of the Cadre Work Office of the Organization Department of Wuhan University Party Committee,

Xingrong Fu, CPC Secretary of the SIM, Wuhan University,

Wei Lu, Dean of the SIM, Wuhan University,

other SIM Leadership members,

as well as on-the-job faculty and staff of the whole school.

Qian Dai, CPC Deputy Secretary of the SIM, Wuhan University, presided over the meeting.

The meeting has two sessions, which were presentation and assessment.Firstly,Xingrong Fu made a work report on behalf of the Party and administrative leaders of the SIM. He reported from three parts, which were the team building of SIM leadership, the work achievements in 2021 and general work plan in 2022. Focused on the Party's political building, subjects and specialties construction, teaching staff construction, teaching and scientific research, personnel training, social service, internal construction and other aspects, Xingrong Fu’s report showed the outstanding achievements of the SIM this year in an all-round way, and made plans for the key work of the SIM in 2022. The report pointed out that in 2021, with the joint efforts of all the faculty and staff, theSIMachieved a series of breakthrough results. In 2022, the SIM is in a new period of comprehensively achieving the 14th Five-year Plan and a new round of first-class subjects. Xingrong Fu called on all the SIMer to work hard, persevere and stride forward to a new journey together.

According to the requirements of the Party Committee of Wuhan University, members of the leadership take a written debriefing. The work summary of the leaders and the personal debriefing reports of the members of the leadership have been distributed to the faculty and staff who participated in the assessment in advance. The faculty and staff conducted evaluation on the leaders and members of the leadership by mobile phones, which scan the QR code firstly, and fill in online evaluation forms designed by the Party Committee Organization Department of Wuhan University.
