On the afternoon of July 14, the Meeting of Wuhan University Talent Work was held.Jin Han, CPC Secretary of Wuhan University,Xiankang Dou, President of Wuhan University, presented awards to 12 representatives of theadvanced organizationsof talent work.Xingrong Fu, CPC Secretary of our School, receive the awards.Feicheng Ma,Qing Fang,Dan Wu,Tingting Jiang,Siluo Yang,Lin ZhangandZhijiang Liwere invited to attend the meeting at the main venue of the Humanities Museum. Representatives of School leaders, talents and teachers watched the meeting at the branch meeting place of the School.

Wei Lu, Dean of the SIM, Wuhan University, made an exchange speech at the meeting with the title ofTalent Promotes Development, Plateau Rises to the Peak. He introduced the basic situation of talent team construction in our School in recent years, and reported the main practices from three aspects: attracting talents from all channels, cultivating talents with multiple measures, and using talents in an unconventional way. He said that talents lead development, and development creates talents. The School would continue to make good use of Wuhan University's talent policy to help more young teachers become "peak talents" and contribute to Wuhan University's double first-level construction and high-quality development.
