On August 29,Xianchun Xie, Deputy Magistrate of Qichun County visited our School with other eight members of his team. They came to discuss the progress and application of the National Key R&D Project Integration and Application Demonstration of Rural Culture and Tourism Cloud Service Technology.

People attended the meeting were as followings:

Jiang Wu, Professor, Project Leader, and Associate Dean of our School, presided over the meeting.

Jiang Wuintroduced the progress of the project.

He pointed out that the current project achievement could be embodied as the1+1+Nmodel.

The1+1+Nmodel includes:

Oneurban-rural interconnection platform, which is both on WeChat and TikTok, to realize the integration of the whole administrative area resources, promotion image, marketing and network franchisee,

Onepilot site of rural resources business, activating idle resources of the village, building scenes overwhelmed by experience consumption, stimulating the sales of agricultural products, raising farmers' employment rate and income, and demonstrating the development model of collective economy,

Launching rural revitalization operation center, providing talent training and resource sharing, helping businesses and companies, and serving Nlanding enterprises.

Subsequently,Si Chen, head of the project execution team, introduced the marketing cases of county-level resources via virtual meeting. Si Chen focused on the case of Jiangxia District in Wuhan City, and explained it from four aspects: resource packaging, promotion and potential customers attraction, daily operation and maintenance, and operation effect. Participants discussed and exchanged views on related issues.

The project team also went to Jiangxia District with the delegation from Qichun County to investigate the real case. The person in charge of Jiangxia Cultural and Tourism Bureau introduced the experience of building and operating the platformTravelling in Jiangxia via a Mobile Phone, and spoke highly of the operation effect of the project team's implementation. The group also went to Ocean Village, a merchant on the platformTravelling in Jiangxia via a Mobile Phone, for a field visit, and learned about the related operation of the project.
