Yiwei Gong's introduction of the case study method closely focused on the practical problem of the digital transformation of the government, and through the timing analysis of the relevant events in the five-year period, discussed the law of the change of organizational factors in the process of the digital transformation of the government. He proposed to fully understand the digital transformation of the government from a cross-level perspective.

The theme shared by Jin MaowasExplainable Machine Learning: The Impact Mechanism of Cross-Community Dissemination of Scientific Articles. Explainable machine learning method, with its high reliability and transparency, is more in line with the essence of scientific research and exploration of internal mechanism. He explained how to apply this method to identify articles widely spread in social media, and understand the key impact factors of different spreading processes.

Liang Zhaostarted with the big data of Weibo, focused on the issue of adolescent psychological stress, and comprehensively used the social mentality calculation methods such as event extraction, semantic analysis and statistical test to verify the buffering effect of positive events on adolescent psychological stress, and revealed the feasibility of social network big data in promoting the study of complex psychological effects.

Based on some of his own research achievements, Qikai Chengshared how to achieve fine-grained and semantic analysis of scientific and technological information based on text mining and AI, and his understanding of new tasks, new trends and research methods of scientific and technological information mining.
