She introduced the general thoughts of introducing talents around the discipline strategy of the School of Computer Science in recent years, relying on talents to collect resources and build a platform to promote the high-quality development of the discipline, as well as the practices and thoughts in condensing the consensus of "strengthening the School with talents", inspiring all staff to join in the work of talents, and giving priority to ensuring the resources for talent development.
Bo Dushared the detailed measures and experience of the School of Computer Science in carrying out "strengthening the School with talents" strategy in recent years as followings:
Firstly, all faculty and staff should participate in it, the School set up a motivation policy, collect the strength of the whole School to recommend andrecruittalents for the School, and mobilize the strength of all departments and national-level talents of the School to organize a group to provide "one-to-one" and "multiple-to-one" counseling for the applicants in the talent projects application;
Secondly, layout ahead of time, pay attention to long-term contact with potential candidates, actively publicize the talentemployment policy of the School and Wuhan University,attract people with affection and keep people in their careers;
Thirdly, caring for talents, launching preferential policy such as the number of graduate students enrollment, and guarantee for academic research offices to provide a favorable platform and environment for talent development.

Wei Luexpressed his heartfelt thanks to the leaders and teachers of the School of Computer Science for their sharing. He believes that in recent years, the talent work of the School of Computer Science has been fruitful, and alltypesof talent indicators have been greatly increased, which has effectively improved the comprehensive strength and discipline ranking of the School, and has played a good role in Wuhan University. He expressed that our school could learn from the experience of the School of Computer Science in talentrecruitment. In view of the strong correlation, integration and complementarity between computer science and information management science, it is hoped that the twoschoolscan strengthen exchanges and cooperation in academic research and complementary talents, so as to further enhance the discipline strength of both schools.
