On the afternoon of November 22, 2019, the 102nd Doctoral Consortium is under way in the No. 313 meeting room of the School of Information Management.
The 102nd Doctoral Consortium of the School of Information Management was held in meeting room No. 209 and No. 313 of the School of Information Management on the afternoon of November 22, 2019. Eight doctoral students, who would participate in the upcoming graduation thesis defense, of the major in Information Science, Management Science and Engineering, Archival Science, Publication and Distribution Science, Library Science and others shared their dissertations.
There were three doctoral students in meeting room No. 209. Firstly, Lei Han, a doctoral student of Information Science introduced the science evaluation system and its operating mechanism from the characteristics of science evaluation knowledge flow, and illustrated the application of science evaluation knowledge flow rule based on life cycle by taking university evaluation as an example. Subsequently, from the perspective of the Co-word Network, Yujie Cao, majored in Information Science analyzed the microscopic process of knowledge absorption and fusion in the cross field to reveal the growth and development process after the cross field had been formed, and made an empirical analysis with medical informatics as an example. Finally, Jian Xu, a doctoral student majored in Management Science and Engineering, proposed a method of sentence recognition and classification of academic viewpoints in view of the shortcomings in the current research on automatic recognition of this field, and constructed a corpus of academic viewpoints.
There were five doctoral students in meeting room No. 313. First of all, Xin Xie, majored in Archival Science made a comprehensive study on family archives from the perspective of memory by using the methods of literature research, interview, network survey and questionnaire. Through sorting out the changes of China's urban and rural society and taking this as the social field, he studied the construction of family archives and family archives memory. Subsequently, Changle Tang, another student majored in Archival Science, made an in-depth study on the development and utilization of government open data from the perspective of value co-creation and comprehensively applied grounded theory and other research methods. Lan Ma, majored in Publishing and Distribution Science, took how to improve the international communication ability of children's publishing enterprises as the main line of research. She integrated interdisciplinary research and theoretical analysis to analyze the international communication ability of children's publishing enterprises, and explored a set of evaluation system and methods. Jie Zhao, a doctoral student of Library Science, discussed and constructed the user health ontology on the basis of socialized questions and answers. Finally, Xiaoting Chen of Publishing and Distribution Science introduced the fair value of Accounting into the evaluation of intellectual property in view of the shortcomings of the traditional intellectual property evaluation method, and elaborated the application of fair value in the evaluation of corporate copyright assets.
